This hotel. We loved the convenient Media Phone that allowed us to connect our devices to the TV. We also took the kids to Great America, which was an absolute hit! Plus, the dog-friendly policy was a bonus for our two furry friends.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

Stayed one night before an early flight. The shuttle service impressed us, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the room could use better maintenance. we faced issues with the phone and a clogged sink. Friendly staff made up for some inconveniences. Consider bringing snacks for breakfast!

Upon arrival, the check-in process was uncomfortably frustrating. Even though we arrived just before the official check-in time, we were denied access to our room and informed we needed to wait. The overall décor felt dated and low-cost, far from what the advertisements suggested. There were no proper window coverings, just blinds that did little for privacy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with tasteless options barely warm by 8 AM.

The Executive King Room was spacious and clean. I loved the little dog path for my pup to enjoy outside!
